From the initial brief, Vanessa was instrumental in it’s development from base concept, to execution and delivery within the required timeframe and budget, in an impactful manner. Do to the nature of the project, it involved a multi-faceted network of key stakeholders including i) adidas ii) a variety of elements of the football club ranging from management, players and sponsorship teams to community officers iii) local council and planning authorities iv) educational boards v)production and manufacturing agencies.  This network required a varied and flexible approach, all of which Vanessa did in an admirable way. This was managed by Vanessa via a combination of professional yet personable relationship management, whilst delivering on all the key metrics of the project,  leading to the successful completion of the brief and beyond.  The Blue Pitches concept has since been rolled out in many markets across the globe – a key metric of its success.
